Welcome to Tipsy Theory. By accessing or using our website and placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Age Requirement

Tipsy Theory only sells and supplies liquor to individuals who are 18 years old or above.

By placing an order through our website, you confirm that you are 18 years old or above. It is an offence for a person who is younger than 18 years to buy liquor. A person who contravenes this requirement may be liable to a fine of up to S$10,000.

We may take reasonable steps to verify your age when an order is placed or delivered. If we are unable to verify that the recipient is 18 years old or above, we may refuse to supply the liquor.

2. Products & Information

We make every effort to ensure that the product descriptions, images, prices, availability, and other information displayed on our website are accurate and up to date.

However, slight variations in product packaging, labels, vintages, or appearance may occur. Product availability is subject to change without prior notice.

3. Orders

An order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully received and the order has been accepted by Tipsy Theory.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where necessary, including in cases of incorrect pricing, product unavailability, suspected fraudulent activity, or failure to meet our age verification requirements.

Where an order cannot be fulfilled, we will review the order and contact the customer using the details provided as soon as reasonably practicable.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in Singapore Dollars (S$).

Tipsy Theory is not GST-registered, and GST is therefore not charged on our sales.

We reserve the right to update our prices and product information at any time without prior notice. Any pricing error identified after an order has been placed will be reviewed and communicated to the customer accordingly.

5. Delivery

We currently provide delivery within Singapore only.

Orders are typically delivered within 5 working days from confirmation of the order. A delivery fee of S$25 applies to orders below S$380, while orders of S$380 or more enjoy complimentary delivery.

6. Refunds & Returns

All purchases are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect selections, or other reasons unrelated to a defective or incorrect item.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photographs of the affected item(s) & we will review each case individually.

7. Website Content

All content on this website, including our logo, photographs, product descriptions, text, graphics, and other materials, belongs to Tipsy Theory or is used with permission.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or interfere with the use of the website by others.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website where we believe there has been misuse or a breach of these Terms of Service.
